Refund and Return Policy

Returns
All our products are custom-made; therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility
Defective items only.

Return Process
Contact info@cloutera.ae within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the defect. Await return authorization. Ship defective items back trackable.

Refunds
Upon inspection of the defect, refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective.

Defective Items
For defects, contact info@cloutera.ae immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund.
