1. Introduction

Welcome to Clout Era. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Any deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All items are custom-made or made-to-order based on customer specifications.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged, except in cases of defects or non-conformity with the confirmed order.

4. Sizing & Measurements

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate abaya measurements (abaya measurements only, not body or fitted clothing measurements).
Clout Era produces items strictly according to the measurements submitted by the customer.
Clout Era is not responsible for incorrect sizing resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to:
- Incorrect measurements
- Change in weight
- Pregnancy

5. Production Timeline

Estimated production and delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on production conditions or other factors beyond our control.

6. Delivery & Shipping

6.1 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not included in the product price and are not displayed on the website.
Shipping costs are determined by the courier company based on the customer’s location and will be communicated separately.
The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges, whether domestic or international.

6.2 International Shipping

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for:
- Shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Taxes
- Import fees or any additional charges imposed by the destination country

Clout Era is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional costs caused by customs clearance or courier regulations.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or does not match the confirmed order.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear evidence.
Custom-made items that meet the confirmed specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, logos, and materials displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Clout Era.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clout Era shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products.
